Privacy policy

This policy covers the website jisinfo.in, run by Jagadhatri Infosolutions Private Limited (“we”). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from the app and its store listing.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies and no analytics.

• Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. It uses this to deliver the website and protect it from attacks, and keeps it for a short time under its own privacy policy.
• Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To fetch them, your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Our email is hosted by Purelymail, whose servers are in the United States.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and raise a grievance about how we handle it. Email info@jisinfo.in. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
